This is a PTFE gasket suitable for low-tightening flanges.
This envelope gasket is designed to have a resilient core covered with a thin PTFE outer layer, allowing for sealing at relatively low surface pressure while maintaining the properties of PTFE.
Compatible with small diameter sizes using a water jet.

It was manufactured for a chemical plant. In addition to the heat and steam resistance of the expanded graphite sheet core, the outer PTFE layer provides excellent chemical resistance. Due to its small diameter, high-precision cutting was achieved through water jet processing. ■Product Features TOMBO No.1120 is a joint sheet primarily composed of expanded graphite, with added aramid fibers and NBR. It excels in heat resistance, steam resistance, and corrosion resistance, and is flexible and resistant to scratches. It is suitable for water, steam, oil, exhaust gases, etc., and is widely used in relatively high-temperature flanges and valves in petroleum refining, chemical plants, and power plants.
